Your first-year project fee includes a 50% discount and is spread over twelve equal monthly instalments. We confirm the scope, delivery plan and total fee in your proposal before work begins.

An agreed fixed monthly fee.
Hosting, maintenance and support are defined in your proposal. The monthly fee depends on the system and the level of ongoing service you need.
New features and changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately and approved by you before work begins.
All prices exclude VAT. £3,600 is the starting project price after the 50% first-year discount, not a fixed price for every system. The discount applies to the first-year project fee only. Final pricing, third-party costs and included services are confirmed in your written proposal.
Launch during month two. Your initial system goes live during the second month of the project, with the priority workflows agreed in your proposal.
Three months of phased improvements. After launch, we refine and expand the system in stages, incorporating feedback from your team to reach the agreed functionality and operational capacity within a further three months.
Start with one workflow or connect several areas. We price each project individually, based on the processes, integrations, data migration and delivery work involved.
